- Helping our customers to use Teamtailor at its full potential, with everything from integrations in our marketplace to best practices and training opportunities
- Working as a strategical advisor & being goal-oriented for our customers
- Working proactively with renewals

- Finding new business opportunities with our existing portfolio customers, in the form of expansion sales, upselling/cross-selling 💰
- Tracking customer accounts to identify churn risk and working actively to prevent them
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback and presenting it internally
- Collaborating to develop and improve ways of working with customer satisfaction

- Fluent in Dutch and English 🌍

- Bachelor's or master's degree is a plus
