These values are our foundation!Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Junior Technical project manager, you will be responsible for initiating, planning and executing small to mid-size cross functional projects.This role is ideal for someone with a technical background and strong organizational skills who is looking to grow within a dynamic team.Key responsibilities:- Define project scope, objectives, risks, deliverables and timelines- Track project progress, identify potential issues and contribute to solutions- Collaborate closely with Commercial and Technical teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery- Maintain project documentation- Prepare status updates and communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholdersRequirements:- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, ideally in Telecommunications industry- Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support and learn from others- High adaptability with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment- Be based in Sweden- This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave.Good to have: -Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business or related fieldOur Hiring ProcessWe are committed to ensuring a recruitment process that is fair, objective, consistent, and inclusive.
