Manager for the personnel in the workshop, currently one white collar and five blue collarsPlanning the correct manpower level with internal and external resources to meet cost and delivery time, including recruitment
Facilitate training of employees and contractors
Feeding the projects with data and documents from manufacturing
Manage the MRP-system (SAP) for production
Handle invoices related to the manufacturing operation
Input to cost calculations to sales
Do time plans and cost follow up for projects
Plans for X-ray and leak test
Participate in project meetings
Drive continuous improvement
Building and equipmentRequirements:
Genuine interest in manufacturing of technically advanced low volume products
Good communication skills and experience in leading others
Good planning capabilities
Teamwork within the manufacturing group as well as upstream and downstream the value chain
Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English
Experience in IT tools such as MS Office and SAP
Safety mindset
General interest in biogas is a benefitAccountabilities:
