- Develop and implement our aftermarket strategy.
- Lead and develop the team within service, support, and spare parts.
- Drive sales of service agreements, upgrades, and spare parts.
- Ensure that processes and routines are efficient and customer-focused.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and initiate improvements.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and partners.
- Several years of experience in a leadership role within aftermarket, service, or similar.
- Solid understanding of industrial products, preferably within machine or manufacturing industries.
- Proven track record in sales/business development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
