
Senior Customer Innovation Manager

- Support business by driving pre- and post-sales support for selected customers in chocolate&
- Reaching targets by identifying, initiating, managing and implementing customer co-development projects
- Support sales in finding new opportunities in selected markets, making market plans and Account Plans.
- Visit and meet customers when needed to identify needs and build up relations.
- Technical specialist for selected customers to provide solution implementation, trouble shooting, claims,
- Manage customer innovation days and develops selected pro-active concepts and kit-sets to drive new
- Manages the documentation of technical data for knowledge sharing and reuses relevant data on products
- A bachelor's or master's degree in food science, engineering, chemistry or related field.
- Min 5 years' experiences in chocolate& confectionery R&D from food ingredients companies (B2B) or B2C,
- Familiar with production process, value-adding solutions developing experience with chocolate&
- Strong customer co-development sense to provide technical support.
- Extrovert and be able to work independently and multiple innovation handling experience, demonstrate.
- Proven project management capability.
- Willingness to travel frequently as required by the role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good team player with problem solving skills.
- Good oral and written English skill.
