- Work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager and CEO to plan and execute strategies tailored to both B2C (direct-to-consumer) and B2B (retailers, distributors, professional partners) segments.
- Adapt messaging, offers, and marketing funnels to match buyer journeys and decision-making processes in B2C and B2B environments.
- Participate in developing launch plans for new products across both customer types, ensuring tailored campaigns and aligned value propositions.
- Use data from both B2C e-commerce and B2B partner performance to help refine go-to-market strategies and customer engagement models.
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and similar platforms.
- Monitor and improve key KPIs including ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions, using structured testing and performance analysis.
- Report on results, provide actionable insights, and collaborate on continuous performance improvement.
- Maintain and update the company's websites across WordPress (for brand pages) and Shopify (for e-commerce operations).
- Ensure site functionality and alignment with marketing campaigns and launches.
- Work regularly with our outsourced developer team to implement technical updates, troubleshoot issues, and improve site features or landing pages.
- Monitor site performance through analytics tools and contribute to continuous UX improvements.
- Manage and execute CRM workflows using HubSpot, including segmentation, automation, lead nurturing, and campaign tracking.
- Develop and manage email campaigns for both B2C and B2B audiences, including promotions, newsletters, product education, and lifecycle flows.
- Maintain data quality and generate insights from CRM activities to improve targeting and retention.
- Create social media content scheduling and alignment across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn with help from a graphic designer.
- Collaborate with content creators and external partners to maintain consistency across marketing assets.
- Ensure brand voice and visuals are cohesive across all touchpoints.
- Minimum 4 years of professional marketing experience, preferably within supplements, beauty, health, or consumer product industries.
- Experience working across both B2C and B2B marketing channels, including e-commerce and retail/distributor communications.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance reporting.
- Proficient in managing and updating WordPress and Shopify websites.
- Strong skills in HubSpot CRM, including automation, segmentation, and campaign management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Highly organized and proactive in managing concurrent projects across multiple channels.
