- Java Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Java (experience with Eclipse, RAD, IntelliJ, Red Hat, Jenkins, CloudBees, Git preferred).
- Microservices Knowledge: Familiarity with building microservices architecture.
- Service Architecture Understanding: Experience with REST/SOAP service architecture; Java integration with mainframes is advantageous but not mandatory. Interest in unit testing is important.
- Angular Skills: Strong knowledge of Angular (understanding NGRX preferred).
- Openshift/Kubernetes Knowledge: A significant advantage if you have experience here!
- Relationship Building: Be open, simple and caring to nurture relationships within the team and across functions at Swedbank.
- Testing Competence: Ability to develop existing tests, create new ones, execute test cases; advantage if you can build automated tests.
