- Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, addressing their needs and creating tailored solutions
- Proactively manage a portfolio of existing and potential resellers, planning daily outreach to grow sales opportunities
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, adjusting your approach to suit various sales outlets and audiences
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, reseller feedback, and territory performance to keep management informed
- Resolve reseller issues by investigating problems, proposing solutions, and collaborating with internal teams
- Partner with marketing to enhance customer-facing communications and product information based on client insights
- Fluency in Swedish & English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in sales or account management, with a focus on customer relationships and achieving targets
- Strong organizational skills, allowing you to plan and execute a daily work schedule effectively
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt your sales approach accordingly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with resellers and internal teams alike
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and relevant technology
- A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for business trips
