- Develop and execute TOTEME's performance marketing strategy in line with growth and commercial goals.
- Manage SEO, paid search, paid shopping, and social campaigns across the full funnel, with ongoing testing and optimization.
- Oversee budgets and forecasts with external partners and resolve discrepancies.
- Lead campaign execution with internal teams and agencies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.
- Monitor performance metrics across digital channels and deliver actionable insights through regular reports and dashboards.
- Conduct A/B testing and customer journey analysis to improve funnel efficiency and conversion rates.
- Ensure accurate tagging and tracking for on-site analytics and data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the E-commerce team to optimize the customer on-site experience and proactively meet customer needs.
- Test new platforms and strategies to innovate in digital marketing, including affiliate and partnership programs.
- Share campaign insights across teams to align brand and commercial initiatives.
- Provide key input to 360 campaign planning with a goal of budget optimization
- Participate in and contribute to TOTEME's social and environmental sustainability strategy.
- Degree in Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, either in-house or at an agency, with expertise in paid search, SEO/SEM, and full-funnel campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio) and bid management systems.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and customer journey analysis.
- Comfortable working with tracking tools and familiar with basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript limitations.
- Skilled in reporting on key digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on results, growth and profitability.
- Strategic yet hands-on, able to work independently and collaborate across teams.
- Up to date with trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising, preferably with experience in designer or luxury industries.
- Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
