We're seeking a Finance BP Manager to oversee our Nordic finance operations.In this role, you will:Lead and mentor a team of 4 Finance Business Partners and a Nordic Credit Manager.Ensure full statutory and tax compliance for our 5 Nordic legal entities.Drive efficient collaboration with our Business Service Center (BSC).Coordinate and manage all audit activities.Act as the primary contact for insurance and legal matters across the Nordic region.Financial closing; the group & statutory reporting in timeTax compliance in Nordics (VAT, Income tax, Transfer pricing)Support legal entities in any accounting tax questionsSupport internal control complianceLead local audits and ensure the companies governanceLeading interaction towards BSC (Business Service Center):Develop meeting structure / issue resolution approach with ALEBS (Air Liquide Europe Business Services)Ensure ALEBS performance and KPIs are in place and regularly followed up and actions taken as needed. Set the common areas to improve with ALEBSTeam performanceReview task and time allocation of the teamAssess and design split of activities by personDevelop working methods and toolsAre you a MATCH?Master's degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field.5+ years of accounting expertise, ideally gained in audit firms or similar dynamic environments. You're a pro at accounting methods!Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in an international settingBasic knowledge of SAP (Hana preferred and proficiency in consolidation toolsTeam player who excels at managing demanding deadlinesFluent in Swedish, other Nordic languages is a plus.
