-Supervise, advise and collab with Colocation operators performing servicing or preventive maintenance.
-Assist in performing root cause analysis for operational issues.
-Perform periodic on site reviews and audits of operations, electrical, and mechanical systems
-Supervise the design and implementation of retrofits of existing facilities
-Qualify new sites for new deployments
-Drive operational excellence in all data center sites
-Perform first level trouble-shooting for facility and rack level events.
-Approval of all CMs (Change Management Tasks) to enable changes and maintenance at sites.
-Attending weekly calls with both TPMs and CAD designers, designing and retrofitting new and existing cages within our EMEA edge space.About the team

- Have a strong working knowledge and experience of the purpose and infrastructure of a Data Center. In-depth knowledge of UPS, backup generator systems and generic mechanical-room infrastructure such as chillers, Cooler Units, and fan controlsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in operations and on-call support for Data Center facilities or Mission Critical Plants/Production facilities;
