Production Quality Engineer

• Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control plans for industrial construction projects.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Perform quality checks on materials, equipment, and workmanship at various stages of construction.
• Identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner, working closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with third-party inspectors and regulatory agencies as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activities and findings.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality standards and best practices.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate quality performance metrics to drive improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Relevant experience in QA engineering related to production in the industry sector.
• In-depth knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQM) is a plus.
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and construction software tools preferred.
