At Stockholm Dairy we produce fresh milk, cream and sour milk to our customers all over Sweden. When other refer to fast moving consumer goods, we really mean fast moving goods. From raw milk collection to a finished product delivered to our customer we often talk less than a day.How you will make an impactAs Site Director, you will be responsible for leading the whole site, which is part of Arla Foods' Fresh Cluster organization. You will be taking the lead on the collaboration with our logistics organization including warehouses and transportation. You will play a central part in leading and inspiring our committed employees. Together with your leadership team, you will ensure we achieve our customers' expectations and our own goals in health & safety, delivery reliability, quality, and finance.   • Lead and develop a team of talented leaders in production, maintenance, safety, quality, CAPEX and continuous improvement.
  • Be a role model for our workplace health and safety culture, actively driving initiatives in these areas.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in logistics, sales, and other parts of Arla - both nationally and internationally.
  • Help shape our long-term strategy and contribute to the future of the site and to the Fresh Cluster Sweden.
What will make you successfulYou have a university degree within food, engineering, or equivalent, and several years' of leadership experience. You are confident in change management, ideally with experience from development projects or organizational transformations. You have a solid understanding of production and supply chain, and are used to working in larger, international organizations. Favorably, you have documented experience with LEAN tools and Six Sigma methodology and you communicate effortlessly in English and Swedish.As a person, you are attentive, engaged, and clear in your communication.
