- Several years of senior leadership experience, showcasing a talent for inspiring teams and making decisive choices
- Experience in technology and product development
- Proficiency in innovation processes and customer insight methodologies
- Knowledge of market intelligence
- The ability to craft and adjust business models for emerging market segments
- Proven track record in overseeing transformation projects and executing strategic initiatives
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills at various organizational levels
