We're now looking for a Strategy and Business Development Analyst to play one of the central roles in this effort.This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Group Management and divisional leaders on high-impact initiatives. The role is designed for high-potential individuals seeking future leadership opportunities within the Bemsiq Group.Your key responsibilities

Drive M&A activities – from pipeline development and evaluation to due diligence and integration.
Contribute to the Group’s annual strategy and business planning process in collaboration with divisions.
Lead or support strategic initiatives such as manufacturing footprint optimization, market expansion, and sales channel development.
Perform structured market and competitive analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Build robust business cases and financial models to guide investment decisions.
Provide project management and hands-on execution support for group-level initiatives.
Collaborate closely with senior leaders to align on priorities and deliver results.

Are you the one we are looking for?We’re looking for someone with a strong interest in business development, strategic thinking, and creating value through collaboration and insight.You might be a recent graduate, or currently in your final year of studies – what matters most is your drive, curiosity, and willingness to learn.We welcome students who can start part-time during their studies, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time Business Development role after graduation.Experience & Education

We’re open to diverse academic backgrounds, but expect strong analytical and strategic thinking – typically gained through studies in Engineering, Business, Economics or Finance. A Master’s degree is expected.
Experience in M&A processes and financial modeling is a plus.
