- Serve as the primary quality interface with Senior Materials customers in Europe and Asia, ensuring efficient, culturally aware, and linguistically competent communication.
- Lead and support customer audits, visits, and reviews in both virtual and physical settings, with support in coordination, execution, and closure.
- Manage customer complaints using structured problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D), ensuring effective root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Interpret and implement customer-specific quality requirements into internal systems; language proficiency is essential to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Actively participate in cross-border project meetings and technical discussions where multilingual communication is critical to avoid misunderstandings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer expectations are fully understood, correctly interpreted, and implemented.
- Support APQP, PPAP, and control plan activities with accurate bilingual documentation where needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with global customer contacts through fluent, direct, and culturally appropriate communication.
- Ensure effective implementation of customer-specific quality requirements and systems.
- Act as a bridge between internal teams and international customers, where the ability to communicate fluently in English + Korean is essential for maintaining trust and clarity.
- Protect and enhance the company's reputation by delivering high-quality, linguistically accurate customer service.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of customer-facing quality experience in the automotive, battery, or separator film industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead customer audits and quality investigations in an international context.
- Experience working with battery or separator technology and related product parameters is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English and Korean is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Chinese and Swedish is a significant advantage.
- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally in the required languages is essential for ensuring accurate interpretation of technical requirements, effective issue resolution, and seamless customer collaboration.
- Candidates without strong multilingual capabilities will not be considered for this role due to the global nature of our customer base.
- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Proficient in quality tools and methodologies: 8D, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and PPAP.
- Skilled in cross-cultural stakeholder management and data-driven problem-solving.
- Confident using the Microsoft Office package, or similar tools for reporting and analysis.
