To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- A degree and/or experience in Communication and Marketing
- Strong writing skills and the ability to tailor messages for different channels and audiences
- Experience with digital communication tools like SharePoint and Microsoft 365
- Basic graphic design skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint (and ideally Premiere Pro for simple video editing)
- A good understanding of print formats, screen dimensions, and visual communication principles
- Experience in developing and following up on communication plans and concepts
- Excellent English and Swedish skills, both spoken and written
- Experience in coordinating communication with multiple stakeholders

As our Workplace Communication Leader, you'll plan, coordinate, and deliver communication on-site, working closely with our customers and the Workplace Communication team.Your main tasks will include:
- Planning and executing communication activities across our sites, together with the Site Operation Teams
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of communication materials-templates, signage, and prints-in line with the IKEA tone of voice
- Contributing to the development of communications plans together with the Site Operations Managers that align with site and business needs
- Proactively identifying communication needs and supporting stakeholders with advice and solutions
- Supporting local and global events with tailored communication materials
- Handling administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, and invoices
- Leading and Supporting content creation for site-specific communication channels (SharePoint, Hej!, Inside, local media screens)
