
Marketing & Communication Interaction Leader - IKEA Marketing & Communication AB

- Responsible for leading and developing IMCs communication plan towards the IKEA Franchisees (Retailers).
- Lead and develop the M&C Interaction agenda across the IKEA Network, including but not limited to securing qualitative market input and insights into the IMC core process.
- Responsible for setting the business requirements for 'Deliver and Make available' step in IMC Core process, including business support systems, in close collaboration with all IMC functions.
- Challenge current ways of working and take lead in driving continuous development and innovation of optimal marketing & communication methods, tools, processes, and solutions.
- Effectively manage internal and external stakeholder relationships by networking, nurturing connections, and building trust to ensure successful collaboration.
- Stakeholder management; IMC, Retail Concept, Range, IKEA Franchisees (retailers), and other relevant partners.
- Act as a role model in regard to IKEA Culture, Values, and Code of conduct.
- Experience of and ability to nurture trustful relationships across all organizational levels.
- Up-to-date knowledge of today's multi-channel landscape, market, and industry trends.
- You have good knowledge about the IKEA strategic landscape, IKEA concept, brand, values, copy and visual identity, tone of voice, organizational setup, matrix lines, business processes & owners.
- Experience and ability to lead in the unknown and to quickly adapt to changes in business needs.
- Facilitates engaging and productive meetings and workshops.
- Ability to create engagement by presenting to bigger audiences, both live and digital.
- You are driven by working with a long-term approach but with step-by-step deliveries and improvements.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
