You'll help shape intuitive digital tools and processes that support engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.The TeamYou'll be part of a dynamic group focused on improving collaboration and creating user-centered solutions.The team works closely with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to design digital tools and processes that are intuitive, efficient, and impactful.Collaboration, openness, and continuous learning are central values. 1-2 years of experience in UX/UI design (internships or academic projects also considered)
Basic skills in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
Familiarity with design tools like Figma
Strong motivation to learn and grow in a collaborative setting
Clear communication skills and a user-first mindset
