As the owner of the process you will ensure that the process is effective and improved by monitoring performance. You will, together with the cross functional audit team develop a yearly audit program for the site, perform audits as well as coach and educate auditors in the principles of auditing. You will lead regular internal audit forums to ensure the audit team are harmonized and learns from each other. Internal audits are one topic of interest during customer audits and you will therefore on a weekly basis meet customer to present the audit program and respond to questions.This position reports to the Sr QA Section Manager and is part of the Quality Assurance department located in Uppsala and will be an on-site role.What you will do:

Ensure that a risk-based approach is applied for the internal audit program
Ensure quality events related to internal audits are handled according to the NC/CAPA procedure.
Responsible for Internal audit metrics on a monthly basis
Support key quality activities and be open to take on additional tasks supporting the overall performance of the team
Support Complaints team with complaint management on a regular basis
Support as Backoffice at customer audits as needed

Who you are:

A few years’ experience working in QA in Life Science
Good knowledge in ISO9001/13485/cGMP
Solid experience of working with Internal Audit or equivalent work related to auditing
Ability to communicate effectively (both written and oral) in Swedish and English

Furthermore you can work independently in a changing environment with minimal supervision. You also have ability to influence positive change effectively and you energize and motivate others by building a connection with team´s /people through personal involvement, trust and by providing feedback. You are Quality focused, attentive to detail and results oriented.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Risk assessment
Non-conformities
Complaints
