- Own and deliver the program funnel value targets, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, and other delivery metrics.
- Establish and apply relevant problem solving tools and KPIs to monitor and steer program performance, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Drive transparency across the Resins & Technology innovation engine and identify opportunities to increase value and accelerate program activities—including pre- and post-launch efforts (up to +3 years)—to drive growth.
- Drive coordination across core and extended team members to ensure timely delivery, proactively addressing issues escalated to the Program Leader or core team when needed.
- Identify and manage risks and potential roadblocks throughout the program lifecycle.
- Apply the DBS toolbox to foster continuous improvement and effective problem-solving, while inspiring others to adopt similar practices.
- Lead simplification and improvement initiatives within a regulated quality environment (e.g., GMP-like settings), with a strong focus on balancing speed, quality, and risk.
- Build strong partnerships across internal functions and with external customers to ensure strategic alignment and successful deployment of priorities.
- University degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in a global Life Sciences environment. Expertise in antibodies, bioprocessing, or large molecule drug discovery is considered an asset.
- Proven experience in building and leading complex projects or program portfolios.
- Strong background in driving change through influence and indirect leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement standard work practices within an innovation-driven and regulated environment.
- Experience in driving simplification and improvement initiatives within a regulated quality environment (e.g., GMP-like settings), with a strong focus on balancing speed, quality, and risk.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of building strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Successful experience working in a matrix organization, leveraging both direct and indirect collaboration and influence.
- Ability to make sound decisions in complex and challenging situations, even with limited information.
