- Evaluate code quality, compliance with design methodologies, and the efficiency of tools and processes.
- Drive and implement best practices in software engineering governance.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the implementation and monitoring of audit recommendations.
- Develop and deliver training and workshops to promote best practices.
- Lead initiatives to enhance process quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Expertise in methodologies and tools specific to software engineering, such as code quality assessment and compliance with design methodologies.
- Proficiency in IEEE15288/IEEE12207 and other relevant software engineering standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in software engineering auditing and governance.
- Recognized expert in the field with a track record of driving and implementing best practices.
