Our products are sold in over 90 markets worldwide, totalling a combined annual turnover of USD 360 million.Right now, we need to strengthen our UX/UI team with another experienced digital designer who will focus on delivering screen-based interactions for our next generation of companion apps.The UX/UI team is part of a bigger design team with Interaction and Industrial designers and Design Researchers, all led by a team of Design Leaders giving direction and prioritising projects.What you'll do:You will join a team of 4-5 Digital UX/UI and Interaction Designers of various seniority levels. As a team, you will implement app design solutions in collaboration with our software team for both iOS and Android. As a Digital UX/UI you will be collaborating with stakeholders to understand app requirements, develop wireframes and prototypes to communicate design vision, and implement consistent interaction design across platforms.Roles & Responsibilities:

Create both high-level design concepts and detailed app user flows with a combined focus on functionality, scalability, and appealing visual design.
Build app prototypes that emphasize and explain your concepts or respond to product briefs with consideration for the functional transition and interplay between software and hardware.
Implement design solutions in collaboration with our software and firmware team for iOS and Android.
Support the development of digital UX/UI principles and continue to grow our digital design system.
Collaborate with our user insights team to collect and analyze user insights.
Plan design activities for your projects in collaboration with the leaders in the Design team.

Who we're looking for:You are an experienced designer with a palette of both UX and UI skills and competencies and see yourself as a people-oriented, team player and a strong relationship builder. You have a solid understanding of the digital product design process and are used to working in agile settings. You have a can-do attitude driven by your curiosity and creativity. You keep your eyes on the target and you can work conceptually and collaborate with others to build awesome products. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you will discuss and explain design options with many different stakeholders. Experience in product development and software projects is crucial. Additionally, we value people-oriented individuals who are team players and have a passion for personal and team growth. With exceptional communication skills, you also understand the power of giving and receiving feedback to elevate the team's creative output and have the necessary skills to do so.You probably have the following experiences & skills:

4 + years experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
Experience delivering successful digital product design for both iOS and Android apps.
Experience within Figma and experience in using agile tools and methodologies.
Experience in designing interactive physical/digital products and hence ability to navigate in a hybrid product development setup for software.
Experience working with, and evolving, design systems.
Minimum bachelor's degree in design/human-computer interaction or other related education.
Working proficiency in English, both spoken and written
You understand the different aspects of product development and complex software and design projects.
You can maintain strong production abilities in high complexity and are structured and thorough in your daily work.
Exceptional communication skills.

Bonus: experience designing for the Bluetooth stack and the ability to navigate in a hybrid product development setup for hardware is a high priority.What does hybrid remote mean for us?
