
Inland Solution and Growth Manager

- Develop tailored inland transportation solutions (FCL, Rail) that meet customer needs.
- Create and refine competitive pricing strategies in line with market dynamics and customer expectations.
- Partner with Sales to support tenders, RFPs, and new commercial opportunities.
- Contribute to the inland growth plan by identifying new business opportunities and supporting execution of sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze market intelligence, pricing trends, and customer landscape to adjust strategies.
- Collaborate with Growth Enablement colleagues across the Nordics to ensure aligned solutions and shared success.
- Report on key performance indicators including volume growth, conversion ratios, and Gross Profit delivery.
- 5+ years’ experience in freight forwarding, inland/rail logistics, or solution pricing.
- Solid knowledge of inland transportation solutions, market prices, and customer landscape in Sweden/Nordics.
- Analytical skills with the ability to design practical and cost-effective solutions.
- Strong commercial mindset—able to balance competitive pricing with value creation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
