- People Strategy: Collaborate with the Divisional President and the European Management Team to create and implement regional people strategy, driving key improvements.
- Strategic People Advisor: Act as a strategic people partner and key adviser for the European leadership team and President, being a trusted advisor on all human capital topics, offering insights and strategic guidance.
- Talent Management & Succession Planning: Create a sustainable leadership development agenda that encompasses succession planning at every level. Creates a framework and career path to guide high-potential employees towards growth and advancement within the organization.
- Performance Management: Drive strategic performance management across the division including system oversight.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Have an overall responsibility for the annual global Employee Engagement Survey (eNPS) and technical platform, and actions plans to drive improvement activities in line with divisional strategy and targets.
- DEI Leadership: Advance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) within the organization by driving its ongoing evolution and progress.
- Labour and Union relations: Full responsibility for the European Works Council relationship, organizing and leading quarterly and annual meetings.
- HRIS & Analytics: Develop and drive improvements to our HR technology capabilities, including people analytics, AI and automation. Utilize people data to provide insights and recommendations to enable business growth.
- Organization/Transformation: Develop and execute organizational changes including people plans for acquisitions and divestments.
- Support Divisional President: Advise and support Divisional President on strategic people-related topics, including organizational changes and recruitment of senior positions.
- Advise and support Country Presidents and European Management team on people issues and HR organization and strategy.
- Responsible for the HR Securitas Integrity line, investigating issues at a senior level (Country Management Team and above) and taking actions. Oversight of the integrity line HR issues across Europe to identify potential problem areas and issues.
- Process and system Standardization: Drive process and system standardization across Europe. Undertake executive lead role for all the HR systems, their development and end to end impact in the organization.
- Sustainability: Responsible for the Sustainability agenda including DE&I and Health and Safety. Engage with senior leadership to advocate for sustainability initiatives and secure buy-in for strategic projects.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and oversee structures and processes for monitoring and reporting on the execution of sustainability roadmaps and action plans, providing regular updates to divisional management and the Group.
- +10 years of International HR Leadership Experience.
- Experience of Working within both 'Matrixed' and Decentralized Organizations.
- Experience from industry/services companies, with blue collar workforce.
- Proven Track Record in Talent Management.
- Track-record as trusted advisor to P&L leader.
- Relevant degree, ideally in HR, Psychology, Business or other applicable fields.
- Language: English is required.
- Have a global mindset and understand how business strategy, market dynamics, and people initiatives connect.
- Can develop and execute a long-term people strategy (3-5 years) that drives business success.
- Are a trusted advisor who influences senior leaders and builds strong, strategic relationships.
