We are approximately 40 employees and 10 consultants divided into three groups: Overall Equipment Responsibility, Mechanical Workshops, and Uranium-Handling Workshops.We are in an expansive phase where the machinery is being both expanded and modernized through automation and digitalization. To continue this journey, our employees also need to keep developing, and we are now looking for a Technical Group Manager for our Uranium-Handling Workshops who wants to be part of this development.Your Contribution to the Transition to Fossil-Free EnergyAs manager, your main responsibility is to develop a team of engineers in their work to manage the fuel factory's equipment and systems in both the short- and long-term. This includes:
Personnel responsibility for 15 employees and oversight of 5 consultants
Lead and distribute work with the support of Equipment Managers to ensure that equipment meets all requirements
Participation in business development and deviation management
Responsibility for part of the fuel factory's maintenance and investment budgets
Administrative responsibility for processes and ensuring they are updated and accurate
Engineering work to understand our processes and support colleagues and other units
In addition to daily tasks, we welcome your contribution in analyzing our needs and follow up on implemented actions.You will work onsite at the fuel factory in Västerås.Qualifications
Technical post-secondary education, or extensive professional experience in manufacturing industry, technical work, and mechanical understanding
3+ years of leadership experience
Experience with documentation
Experience with maintenance systems, e.g., SAP
Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
