I'm currently looking for a new colleague to join our team.As a Safety and Security Coordinator you will be working as a team player and always willing to support colleagues and promoting a risk aware organization. By doing this you will help to strengthen our people, customers, assets and IKEA brand.WE BELIEVE FOR THIS ROLE YOU HAVE
- Education within the area of health, safety and security and understanding of local/national laws and regulation.
- Experience of working with both physical safety and managing security policies, incident management and risk assessments.
- Ability to ensure the integrity of safety and security systems, guidelines and documentation. You are reliable to transfer these into our reality and secure compliance.
- A structured, proactive way to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a changing environment with good overview and details.
- You bring good change management- and communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Interest and willingness to develop the work environment in line with People & Planet agenda.
- You have good computer skills and will also work independently in different IT-systems, Teams and Office 365 e.g. Excel.
You will be responsible for ensuring a positive and inspiring work environment that protects co-workers, visitors, external partners from preventable loss, injury or illness.Your main tasks will be:
- Conduct risk analysis, risk logs and secure daily, weekly, monthly, tertial and yearly inspections to eliminate hazards in line with our overall Ingka rule.
- Drive the health, safety and security agenda for the buildings and manage day-to-day activities in close cooperation with the property department and other colleagues.
- Plan, coordinate and facilitate training for the Rescue team and external partners.
- Be able to lead projects, handle changes and new ways of working e.g. with systems for access control.
- Use our systems to continuously document and share health- and safety evidence, reports and guidelines e.g. to our customers and matrix organization.
- Promote risk management in the unit and sharing expertise.
