Speed, reliability, and performance matter, so you will help teams get to answers faster. You will report to the Head of Data and AI and work closely with Marketing, Product, and Finance.What you will doBuild and maintain DBT models for analytics and BI consumptionOptimize and structure Snowflake for performance and scalabilityDesign and maintain transformation pipelines using modern ELTPartner with stakeholders to turn business needs into well-designed datasetsMonitor data quality, lineage, and performance metricsShare knowledge and improve analytics engineering practicesCollaborate on analysis when needed to close the loop from data to decisionsYour skillsProven experience as an Analytics EngineerStrong SQL and dimensional modeling with dbt (Cloud or Core)Snowflake expertise, including performance tuningAWS proficiency (S3, IAM, Glue, Lambda, CloudWatch; Terraform/CDK a plus)Comfortable with Git and CI/CD in a collaborative workflowClear communication with technical and non-technical partnersTableau familiarity for consumption and collaborationAble to perform analysis when neededNice to haveFamiliarity with ML concepts and how modeled data serves ML use casesPython for ELT or orchestrationProduction experience operating Kubernetes clusters and deploying data/ML pipelinesExperience with data contracts and event tracking designOur stackDBT Cloud, Snowflake, Git-based workflows and CI/CD, AWS.BI: Tableau.Adjacent tools or equivalents are welcome if they solve the problem well.The recruitment processStep 1: Screening call.Step 2: Hiring manager interview.Step 3: Technical interview as a live pairing session.Our values are based on passion, positivity and constant learning, and help us to motivate each other, celebrate together and give regular appreciation.
