- Plan and execute daily store operations.

- Participate in and contribute to TOTEME's social and environmental sustainability strategy.
- Previous experience in high-end service with a strong lifestyle brand.
- Proven success in delivering outstanding customer service, clienteling, and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong understanding of fashion, styling, and brand storytelling.
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
- A dedicated TOTEME ambassador who embodies our culture and values.
- Genuinely curious about people and motivated to understand our client base.
- Passionate about delivering a luxury experience and exceeding client expectations.
- Driven and results-oriented with a proactive and positive mindset.
- Highly organized and structured with an eye for detail.
