- We are seeking a talented individual who will play a leading and pivotal role in the overall design and implementation of SWEPS compensation and benefits (C&B) program globally.
- In addition to shaping our group job architecture, you will serve as a trusted advisor for executive remuneration, making a significant impact on our organization's success. In collating market research, industry trends, salary benchmarks across our functions, you will design competitive pay structures and recommended adjustments to our Key Leadership & HR community.
- You will also optimise key operational efficiencies through Digital best practices across our centralised HR Central Platform (SuccessFactors) on Payroll, Comps & Bens, Annual Performance and Workforce Analytics.
- An important part will be to manage & lead the new supporting team that covers Payroll, Reward and Workforce Analytics. (HRIS) whilst working closely with Dover Corporation HRIS & Compensation & Benefit Teams on any Enterprise-wide initiatives.
- As the key subject matter expert, (SME) the program will embrace key strategic initiatives around retention and retaining top talent, as well as, delivering benefit packages that align to our employers needs and market standards.
- University Degree in HR or Finance related subject
- At least 8 years’ experience of a having a C&B role in Sweden or Europe leading initiatives and programs.
- As you have previous experience of C&B matters, you have previously created and delivered strategic programs in Sweden and/or Europe and you have appreciation on how C&B can impact the business in terms of productivity and talent management.
- You have knowledge of the Swedish collective agreements and pension systems at the private market.
- Previous experience and proven record of utilising HR Systems for managing C&B programs, ideally HR Central (SuccessFactors)
- Experience of having a complete ownership of change & transformation projects with Global Leadership & HR Teams.
- You are fluent in business English and preferably, fluent in Swedish.
- You are a strong collaborator who appreciates working in an international matrixed organisation. You work in a structured and methodical way, focusing on details and business processes by being digitally orientated with strong alignment to system utilisation and business automation practices.
- You are comfortable working in a flexible, prestige less and open working environment with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. You communicate in an inspiring and engaging why with a positive can-do mindset.
