Lead and participate in designing software solutions, ensuring the architecture meets current needs while being scalable for the future.
Interpret and analyze business and user requirements to align software solutions with business objectives.
Build efficient and scalable software for embedded systems.
Create and implement comprehensive test plans to guarantee the reliability and performance of your code.
mplement and manage continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
Diagnose, debug, and resolve complex software issues in both development and production environments.
Produce clear and concise documentation that supports the development, maintenance, and user understanding of the software.
Work closely with other developers, becoming a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional team where sharing knowledge and challenging existing ways of working is encouraged.

Skills Required:

You have 5+ years of experience in embedded software development.

You are proficient in C++ and Java and can write clean, maintainable, and scalable code. You have a strong understanding of system architecture and embedded systems principles.
You are committed to excellence in software delivery and understand what it takes to produce high-quality code that scales across a number of projects and hardware platforms.
You have a Bachelor or Master of Science degree in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Engineering Physics.

Additional Skills:

Exerience with version control systems like Git.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
The ability to work collaboratively in a team, valuing team success over personal achievements.
