Our objectives go beyond enhancing buildings-we aim to create ideal spaces that improve people's lives. As the Head of Country Area Sweden, you will be responsible for developing and deploying operational strategies for the defined portfolios, with a focus on enhancing customer, partner and employee satisfaction while driving the overall profitability. You will be responsible for the P&L in Country Area Sweden and report to the Nordic Head of Buildings. You will oversee and drive the development of 11 districts comprising approximately 600 employees, while serving as a key member of the Nordic Buildings Leadership Team.Your mission is to

Collaborate closely with the Nordic Building Leadership Team to achieve key business objectives as a Lead-Country-Bundle.
Enhance and execute the go-to-market and operations strategy for the business unit, considering both commercial and technical aspects to expand the business and increase profitability.
Provide strategic leadership, drive team development, and ensure operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with corporate standards and guidelines.
Lead organizational transformation through trust and empowerment.
Foster a positive and productive company culture and work environment.

Your defining qualities

Proven experience in leading a sales and service organization.
Extensive market and operational expertise in building technologies.
Strong background in change management, contract management and negotiation.
Adaptive leadership style that effectively engages teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of trust and inclusion.
Customer-focused approach with a demonstrated ability to develop strategies that drive sustainable growth.
Proven track record in successful change management and leading transformative initiatives.
