We're looking for a highly technical, proactive, people-smart Technical Delivery Director with expertise in the software services industry to join our team in Copenhagen or Malmo.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex transformation programs and projects for one of our key client in the region, working within multiple workstreams with both local delivery team and delivery team globally.In this role, you will be accountable for the overall program delivery, client satisfaction and management of expectations while ensuring that the work is on strategy, on time and within budget. You will be working alongside globally renowned and award-winning design, development and technology teams who are passionate about what they do and how they do it. You will play a key role in building strong business and technology relationships and take a 'hands-on' approach to define, deliver and drive a culture of continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesLead a strategic and critical program, end-to-end, for a client in the pharmaceutical sectorManage client relationships and expectations, representing delivery at the governance levelCoordinate multiple activity streams and clients, ensuring seamless delivery across all aspects, including finance, sourcing, implementation and business outcomesWork closely with multi-disciplined teams of product owners, architects, engineers and quality assurance to drive estimates, delivery plans and retrospectivesProactively identify and manage engagement risks, escalating major issues early onParticipate in business development efforts for both existing and new clients, continuously identifying new opportunitiesEngage in the entire pre-sales cycle, prepare client proposals, define implementation and design and present solution architecture and delivery statements of workRequirementsBusiness fluency in English5+ years of experience in Pharma industry, with good understanding of business model in Pharma, with special focus on Development and R&DExperience working with cloud and data platforms (such as Databricks, Data Mesh, AI/ML, AI Strategy, Snowflake) preferably in Life SciencesExperience working with AI/ML solutions, understanding the application of AI in Life ScienceDeep understanding and hands-on experience with Software Development Life Cycle and various methodologies, experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery modelsHands-on experience delivering complex projects, managing client stakeholders on all levels and successfully driving IT services engagementsAbility to establish solid working relationships with clients, plus the ability to work effectively as a member of a dynamic, dispersed virtual team and to meet deadlinesExcellent communication, presentation and planning skillsExceptional organizational, leadership and stakeholder management skillsProficient in Agile methodology and iterative delivery approaches in order to build scalable and modern solutionsHands-on experience in technology and software engineering practices with the ability to supervise and suggest competitive technical decisions and assure a winning mix of delivery practices applied on the projectExperience of delivering data projects and proficiency in data management concepts, including data governance, data quality, data integration and data lifecycle managementProven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously from initiation to delivery whilst prioritizing tasks effectively, leveraging geographically distributed delivery teams, both from client and EPAMNice to haveGood knowledge of backend and infrastructure servicesSolid understanding of Digital Health EcosystemsUnderstanding of implementing GxP-compliant solutionsWe offer/Benefits
