- Responsible for building and growing the Customer Experience Business Area in Sweden. Collaborating with our DSE Customer Experience Business Area Director and the local Management team.
- Managing sales and opportunity development through pre-sales support which includes scoping/estimating, identifying and responding to client opportunities as well as meeting with customers to present solutions.
- Building business through developing and maintaining presence in the marketplace.
- Supporting and driving marketing activities.
- Identify, pursue, and maintain client relationships while exploring new opportunities.
- Provide insights on Customer Experience product capabilities to clients.
- Manage vendor partnerships, establishing and maintaining agreements.
- Plan and execute impactful trade show/conference presentations and exhibits.
- Working with C-level executives to determine feasibility, perform benefit analysis, define project scope, requirements, effort estimation, implementation road-maps and project timelines for our Customer Experience initiatives.
- Leading the Customer Experience Team including managing our talent through recruiting, mentoring, performing business development activities and delivering projects to our clients.
- Provide the strategic direction for our Customer Experience Team.
- Provide Customer Experience thought leadership, marketing collateral, pre-sales support materials.
- Coaching and problem solving among our project teams and high-profile engagements to ensure practice growth, development opportunities for our project teams and client satisfaction.
- Extensive experience working in the CX field
- An entrepreneurial mindset and approach
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Proficient business management abilities
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Ms Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)
- Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and verbal)
