Orange Business is seeking a dynamic and innovative Business Area Manager to build our new Customer Experience (CX) division in Stockholm. Your primary responsibility will be to build a dedicated team from the ground up, whilst shaping the department's foundation and future success.The goal of this team is to help our customers excel in the CX field, and your role will be pivotal in achieving this endeavour. By leveraging tools such as Microsoft Dynamics to enable seamless integration of all customer channel interactions, we will empower our customers in delivering unparalleled service and continuously build meaningful connections with their end customers.We believe that you are currently responsible for CX in another company today, excelling in your role but with a desire to establish a new CX business area from the ground up.   • Responsible for building and growing the Customer Experience Business Area in Sweden. Collaborating with our DSE Customer Experience Business Area Director and the local Management team.
  • Managing sales and opportunity development through pre-sales support which includes scoping/estimating, identifying and responding to client opportunities as well as meeting with customers to present solutions.
  • Building business through developing and maintaining presence in the marketplace.
  • Supporting and driving marketing activities.
  • Identify, pursue, and maintain client relationships while exploring new opportunities.
  • Provide insights on Customer Experience product capabilities to clients.
  • Manage vendor partnerships, establishing and maintaining agreements.
  • Plan and execute impactful trade show/conference presentations and exhibits.
Delivery
  • Working with C-level executives to determine feasibility, perform benefit analysis, define project scope, requirements, effort estimation, implementation road-maps and project timelines for our Customer Experience initiatives.
Recruiting and managing project teams, consisting of Project Managers and Customer Experience Consultants.Team Management
  • Leading the Customer Experience Team including managing our talent through recruiting, mentoring, performing business development activities and delivering projects to our clients.
  • Provide the strategic direction for our Customer Experience Team.
  • Provide Customer Experience thought leadership, marketing collateral, pre-sales support materials.
  • Coaching and problem solving among our project teams and high-profile engagements to ensure practice growth, development opportunities for our project teams and client satisfaction.
You should have:
  • Extensive experience working in the CX field
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and approach
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • Proficient business management abilities
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Ms Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and verbal)
It is not a requirement, but other preferred qualifications would be experience with one of the below:
  • Customer Data Platform
  • Marketing Campaign Automation
  • Customer Journey Analytics
  • AI for Customer Experience
