Our work involves reviewing historical trading and balance sheets, assessing forecast consistency, and evaluating operational and financial assets and liabilities to help clients make well-informed decisions. Our clients include both domestic and international private equity firms and strategic corporates.As an Analyst in our M&A Transaction Services team, you will contribute by analysing financial data, preparing agendas for management interviews, and drafting due diligence reports.
