- Proven track record leading complex integration or transformation projects—ideally in an M&A context. Experience from management consulting, transaction services, and/or industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the M&A lifecycle: Due Diligence, Day 1 Readiness, Post-Merger Integration.
- Solid project management and change management skills.
- Strong business acumen with experience working directly with executive leadership.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand new industries and business models.
- Fluent in English (and preferably Swedish), both written and spoken.
- Humble, resilient, and hardworking — approaches challenges with dedication, grit, and a team-first mindset.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Confident decision-maker, comfortable navigating dynamic and fast-paced environments.
