If you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy seeing your work translate into real business impact, this is the role for you.Your Role: Driving Seamless M&A IntegrationAs Post-Merger Integration Manager, you will plan, lead, and execute the integration of companies following mergers or acquisitions. You’ll work at the heart of our strategic initiatives, ensuring that integration is structured, efficient, and aligned with business goals while maintaining operational continuity.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will develop and lead the overall Integration Management Office (IMO) plan in close collaboration with leadership and functional teams. You will lead and coordinate integration workstreams across Operations, Technology, Commercial, Legal, HR, IT, Finance, Marketing and Sustainability. A key part of your role will be to identify and mitigate risks, manage change, and ensure a smooth integration process. You will serve as a key link between the M&A team, business units, and external advisors, facilitating clear and transparent communication across all stakeholders. You will actively champion cultural alignment and drive change management to foster one cohesive organization. In addition, you will manage synergy realization and help capture the full value of each M&A transaction. Finally, you will prepare decision-making materials and deliver regular progress updates to the executive team and board.Who You AreQualifications & Experience
  • Proven track record leading complex integration or transformation projects—ideally in an M&A context. Experience from management consulting, transaction services, and/or industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the M&A lifecycle: Due Diligence, Day 1 Readiness, Post-Merger Integration.
  • Solid project management and change management skills.
  • Strong business acumen with experience working directly with executive leadership.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand new industries and business models.
  • Fluent in English (and preferably Swedish), both written and spoken.
