MTC has about 40 research groups and our key words are multidisciplinary, bridging, national and international collaborations. The research groupThe research group of Margareta Wilhelm uses iPSC-derived model systems to study the development of pediatric brain tumors and to identify therapeutic targets. We have recently shown that allogeneic gamma delta (γδ) T cells may represent a promising therapeutic approach for targeting pediatric brain tumors. We are now exploring the possibility of developing, evaluating, and GMP-adapting iPSC-derived γδ T cells for potential future treatments. The doctoral student project and the duties of the doctoral studentAs a doctoral student with us you will be part of the National ATMP research school with other students at different universities in Sweden.
