- Collaborate closely with internal automation team.
- Deliver automations from initial needs analysis to ongoing management.
- Contribute to the development of the delivery and management model.
- Capture new automation ideas from the healthcare staff.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, primarily within the healthcare sector.
- Project Leadership & Management: Take full ownership of the project, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation. You will ensure the project progresses efficiently from initial analysis to final implementation and beyond.
- Strategic Planning: You will be responsible for creating and executing an automation roadmap, aligning automation initiatives with the hospital's strategic goals to maximize efficiency.
- Stakeholder & Change Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. You will lead the change management process, ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption in a complex healthcare environment.
- Business Development: Act as a business development expert, identifying and validating new opportunities for automation within the organization. You will also coordinate with the internal team to capture new ideas.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management and business development.
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with automations in the healthcare sector.
- Experience participating in the entire automation chain, from needs validation to management.
- Experience with automation in primary medical record systems used in Swedish healthcare (e.g., CGM TakeCare).
- Location: Stockholm (Hybrid, up to 80% remote)
- Engagement Type: 100-200% (1-2 FTE), with an option for 1-2 additional FTEs if needed
