- You will be part of the ICW (Installation, Commissioning & Warranty) department within the Project Management organization.
- Lead and coordinate the warranty project team from the moment the customer takes over the gas turbine operation, ensuring adherence to contractual agreements.
- Handle warranty claims and potentially oversee overhaul projects or warranty obligations, depending on project specifics.
- Facilitate reoccurring customer meetings, ensuring seamless communication and resolving technical solutions with various teams.
- Your role concludes when the project is handed over to the responsible service organization, driving exceptional service and reliability for our customers.
- Proven experience in project management roles, ideally within a technical field.
- A passion for leading teams and solving technical challenges to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with international customers and teams; Swedish is a strong plus.
- Strong focus on financial matters, including forecasting and cost control, to ensure project profitability.
- Ability to report accurately and timely to relevant management.
- Ability and willingness to travel globally to meet customers.
