We’re looking for someone to lead one of three groups within our Swedish Planning and Fulfillment Center in Västerås, part of ABB’s Process Control Platform division.In this role, you’ll be responsible for daily operations and continuous improvement, working closely with both local and global colleagues. Your team of around 10 includes two digital delivery specialists, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient logistics and software deliveries.Your responsibilities include:People leadership and development, with a strong focus on health and safetyWarehouse operations and improvement, aligned with budget targetsSoftware production and delivery coordinationCollaboration with other line managers within PCP SwedenReporting to the local Planning and Fulfillment Center ManagerStrong communication skills in Swedish and English are essential, along with a drive to improve processes and lead with purpose.Qualifications for the RoleStrong interest in people managementA solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skillsFluency in Swedish and EnglishA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Economy (or similar) is a requirement but could be replaced by Proven experience in project-, warehouse- or production managementWhat’s in it for you?We empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
