We are looking for a proactive and strategic Sustainability Manager to lead and develop our sustainability agenda across our global business line. In this role, you will also coordinate key topics related to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), ensuring our operations align with our long-term commitment to a sustainable future.You will be responsible for implementing the sustainability strategy in close collaboration with key business functions such as Product Management, R&D, Sourcing, Operations, and After-Sales Services. In addition, you will coordinate sustainability and HSE efforts across our global operations.As part of the Quality department, you will report to the Quality Manager and act as team lead for the functions working with HSE and sustainability. This role is central to our ongoing efforts to strengthen our environmental responsibility and create long-term value.Key Responsibilities:

Drive strategic and proactive work within sustainability and HSE, engaging both internal and external stakeholders
Lead the team that is working with HSE and be an active part of both local and global sustainability and HSE-related forums
MOHP Sweden responsible for circularity towards the global division
Lead and develop activities including product material compliance, life-cycle assessments with related EDP´s, circularity, HSE and sustainability reporting

Qualifications for the role

Previous experience with LCA and appropriate tools
Previous experience or relevant education in sustainability and circular economic work
Experience in leading projects related to sustainability or HSE
Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical area
A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
You are a team player, driven, structured and result-oriented
Fluency in English, written and verbal, is a requirement and Swedish is preferred
