You get to be key in shaping our growing Cyber Security team.Role OverviewAs a Senior Cyber Security Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the cybersecurity landscape of our clients for your area of expertise. You will be tasked with designing, implementing, and managing security solutions that safeguard our clients' systems, networks, and data. This role offers a blend of technical prowess, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to defending against cyber threats.Key ResponsibilitiesSince we are looking for senior cyber security engineers for multiple areas, ranging from highly skilled PEN-testers to strategic compliance, not all responsibilities applies to all roles.

Develop and implement advanced cybersecurity solutions to prevent, detect, and manage cyber threats.
Conduct thorough security assessments and audits, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending remediation strategies.
Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle.
Stay ahead of the cybersecurity curve by researching emerging threats and technologies, and advocating for the adoption of best practices.
Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

About You

You are based in Sweden
A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest in cybersecurity trends and technologies.
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a proven track record in securing complex digital environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Proficiency in using cybersecurity tools and frameworks (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, OWASP, NIST, CIS).
Strong understanding of either network infrastructure, encryption technologies, and secure software development practices or security testing.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.) are a plus.
Fluent in Swedish is a plus
