As Director People & Culture Integrated Supply Chain you will have global responsibility for the People & Culture Integrated Supply Chain organization which includes P&C responsibility of Perstorp's sites, located in the US, Europe and Asia. You will lead an international management team and have 7 direct reports. The role will also be part of the Integrated Supply Chain global management team. The position is located at Perstorp's HQ in Malmö, or at one of the sites in Germany, the Netherlands or Sweden.Main tasks and responsibilities:Lead the Global P&C Integrated Supply Chain OrganizationDevelop the P&C strategy and drive implementation in line with overall strategic direction, business needs and personal needsLead culture and strategy change transformation within the OrganizationBuild relationships with managers within the Function organization to develop and implement P&C action plans that are appropriate for their business needs, and consistent with the organization's overall People & Culture strategyLead and direct People & Culture related activities and initiatives to ensure that the organization's current and future People & Culture requirements are met and that employees are recruited, managed, organized, trained, evaluated and rewarded in accordance with the strategyOversee evaluation of the organization's future workforce needs in collaboration with the business to recommend changes to the organization's human resource initiativesWork as a bridge between the Function and P&C staff to secure the organizations knowledge level in Change Management and LeadershipAct as an ambassador for the global P&C function and ensure that P&C initiatives are implemented consistently across the businessParticipate in the P&C Management Team and contribute to developing strategies and activities to support, coach and challenge the Group organizationParticipate in global integration and growth of Petronas/Perstorp new Specialty chemical division, growing both through organic as well as M&A initiativesWho are you?
