- Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries from Swedish-speaking clients, engaging through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve a range of technical issues involving hardware, software, and IT services.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the service desk system with attention to detail.
- Assist clients in understanding and navigating product functionalities, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Work closely with other IT teams to escalate and expedite resolutions for complex issues.
- Conduct follow-up communications with clients to confirm issues are fully resolved and satisfaction has been achieved.
- Stay informed about new technologies and service offerings to provide knowledgeable support.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a service desk or technical support environment is preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze technical issues effectively.
- A strong commitment to customer service and client satisfaction.
- Experience with IT service management tools and platforms is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
