- End-to-end recruitment of drivers: drafting and publishing job ads, sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and managing documentation.
- Training new drivers on company procedures, internal rules, documentation requirements, and ISO standards.
- Planning driver rotations/home leave, ensuring that the fleet remains fully operational at all times.
- HR administration: completing and updating employee records; handling weekly documentation.
- Document flow with forwarding companies: verifying, scanning, and forwarding all necessary paperwork.
- Maintaining and verifying drivers' records.
- Compliance & ISO: maintaining records, reporting damages, and monitoring corrective actions in line with ISO 9001/14001.
- Performance monitoring: tracking driver KPIs and reporting to management.
- Fuel consumption monitoring: collecting and analyzing data, flagging irregularities, and proposing optimizations.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accountability.
- Genuine willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic operational environment.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, e-mail).
- Romanian: fluent.
- English: conversational (mandatory).
- Swedish: an advantage.
