  • Deliver high-quality assistance to Swedish-speaking customers via live chat, email, and telephone.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about automotive products, services, and technical support efficiently.
  • Guide customers through product features and benefits to enhance their overall satisfaction.
  • Collect customer feedback and insights to help improve service and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Stay informed about automotive trends and new product developments to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking purposes.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Strong interest in automotive products and knowledge of the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in customer service tools alongside Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
