In this Endeavor, the Ortho Territory Manager (TM) will focus on gaining new and developing existing customers for ClearCorrect. Generating case submission and production in their designated territory. He/she is responsible for generating new accounts, converting competitive users, developing and growing existing users, enhance customer loyalty and utilization rate through providing excellent service and supporting patient growth activities. This is a field-based role which requires travel on a day-to-day basis. The position holder is expected to perform at a high level with limited direct supervision, in other words, a self-starter. Reporting to the Head of Orthodontic Solutions your key responsibilities will be:Sales & Business Development· Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing dental clinics to drive case volume and revenue.· Deliver tailored sales presentations that clearly communicate ClearCorrect’s clinical benefits, digital capabilities, and competitive edge.· Drive adoption of ClearCorrect and grow market share within the assigned territory.· Conduct in-person visits and virtual meetings to engage providers, identify growth opportunities, and close sales.Digital Integration & Product Demonstration· Lead the sales and implementation of intraoral scanners and ensure seamless clinical integration.· Demonstrate the use of ClearPilot and other digital tools, guiding clinics through thefull digital treatment workflow.· Support providers in adopting new technologies and digital workflows that enhance efficiency and case acceptance.Provider Growth & Practice Support· Partner with clinics to identify growth opportunities and implement patient-focused initiatives such as Scan Days and Treatment Info Evenings.· Train and motivate clinical staff to confidently communicate the benefits of clear aligner treatment to patients.· Act as a trusted business advisor, helping clinics improve treatment conversion and practice profitability.Account Planning & Territory Management· Analyze territory performance, identify key opportunities, and build territory plans to maximize growth and return on time investment.· Create account development plans for key customers and prospects to build local advocates and reference sites.· Use Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline, forecast activity, and report on performance metrics.Collaboration & Reporting· Work closely with Inside Sales, Customer Care, Clinical Advisors, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience.· Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to help shape product development and strategic direction.· Participate in trade shows, regional meetings, and team training events as required.Continuous Learning & Development· Stay current on orthodontic trends, digital innovations, and patient expectations in the clear aligner category.· Complete required training and proactively seek opportunities for professional development.Personal attributes and cultural fit that would help the position holder succeed in this role· Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
