- Promote, market, quote and sell our production solutions and services in close cooperation with the market organisations and project centers.
- Inform and train Markets and other business units in the Category/Product applications and product portfolio.
- Drive mutual sustainable growth for New Sales by driving a cross-functional, cross-border team to build strong customer relationships while identifying and capturing short-, medium- and long-term business opportunities.
- Convince others within the organization to accept complete proposals and programs where all parties are willing participants, e.g., Key Account Manager for Strategic Accounts, Packaging KAM, Projects responsible, Service responsible, Finance responsible.
- Collaborate with BS LFS global sales team, Commercial Manager and coordinate cross functional activities.
- Drive improved understanding of the market operations overall business (marketplace, channel, competitive environment, strategy, productivity and profitability) in your region.
- Support and drive the execution of market plans together with the Market operations in your region(s).
- Ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Develop competences of the Market operations sales teams in your region(s) to secure that they match customer needs.
- Drive up-to-date beverage knowledge of Tetra Pak's New Sales within Market operations in your region and ensures that the relevant Tetra Pak portfolio is deployed in full, meets competitiveness requirements and delivers a strong value proposition.
- Convince external parties who are sceptical or unwilling to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches, e.g., IAs, local Accounts, KAs
- Office-based with travel to the customers and events.
- At least 5+ years of Leadership Role experience and at least 7+ years of experience working in beverage processing
- Extensive knowledge of beverage processing industry, beverage / soft drinks business - specifically sales and customer management
- Fluent in English and Swedish/Danish/Norwegian
- Proven technical and process knowledge in Beverage process engineering
- Engineering Know-How in Processing and Packaging line solutions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create and maintain relationships, as the work includes close contacts with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Excellent presentation skills. Present to small groups and bigger audience
- Participate in exhibitions

- A degree in Engineering or equivalent, preferably in Automation, Mechanical or Food Science disciplines.
