We are now looking for a talented Business Development Manager to help accelerate our growth in Norway. A successful applicant will love the challenge of complex enterprise sales and thrive in a position where stakeholder mapping and long-term clients relations go before quick deals. You will play an important role in our sales team from day one and have great opportunities to grow within the organisation. TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU NEED TO:
Build and manage your own portfolio; this means the entire sales process from creating an opportunity to signing the final contract and maintaining customer relationships over time
Make sure we have a high flow of quality opportunities
Be a team player in a high performance, fast growing team driving us towards our vision
WHAT YOU WON'T DO:
Handle technical support or work with implementation after signing deals - our expert Customer Success team handles that
Initial prospecting - we have a separate team for this, but you will own the leads from first contact to close
You love sales and have a proven track record in high performance teams
You have strong analytical skills and are not afraid to challenge existing truths
You are highly motivated with a real “can do” attitude - a self-starter
You are result-oriented and focused on building long-lasting customer relationships
You have excellent communications skills in both Swedish and English (Norwegian is a plus) with the ability to express arguments that resonate with different stakeholders
You are organised and capable of handling and prioritising large amounts of information
You thrive in a dynamic, start-up environment
