- Identifies and manages strategic partners ensuring their sales teams are trained to a high standard and develops clear business plans for selected accounts and makes revenue grow.
- Has strong focus on being in the field, spends at least 70% of the time needed in the field to educate strategic partners
- Takes responsibility for supporting with trainings and partner events
- Coaches and trains partners on new tools and / or new solutions launched to approach the Axis End to End solution market
- Acts as an advisor in the communication towards an end customer
- Follows ASM standards in all business meetings to insure ROI
- Is a bearer of Axis company culture
- 3+ years of experience in Sales within the tech-segment
- Advanced MS Office user
- Fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken
- A communicator with high interpersonal skills
- A proactive individual who possesses the ability to prioritize and create efficiency
- Willing to travel to our partners across Sweden
- Experience in the Security Industry
- Experience in Salesforce
